At LessonUp, our main driver to start the day is our mission. We want to make smiles appear on the faces of over 1 million teachers in the world. Our platform will make this happen by being an easy to go to place to make interactive, present-day classes to share with the kids. Together, the teachers and the LessonUp team have already made thousands of classes, video’s, images and assignments to work with. In class, or remote! An easy and fun way to teach - just like it should be.
The amount of users is growing - we’ve reached 150k users some time ago - and we are ready to level-up our marketing strategies to grow further - even across borders. Which is why we are hiring a talented Content Marketeer, to help us do so.
The fun of working at LessonUp
As our very first Content Marketeer you will be working closely together with the rest of the team, to learn all about the product and our target group. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be the one responsible for creating and spreading the LessonUp tone of voice. Before we go international, we want to make sure we have our identity straight - and that this is something you can read between the lines of all content we put out there. At LessonUp, It's all about the teachers - which means our content will be as well. We want to make using our tool easier, we want to inform them on how to make working wit LessonUp more fun, and we want to inspire them along the way. Of course you will be working with clear goals, but you will also get a lot of freedom and responsibility, since we are relying on you to be the expert in your field. You will write engaging, high quality content that will make smiles appear on the faces of teachers, while serving our goal to reach and activate even more of them.
--> You will develop, implement and oversee our content strategy across our channels, both on-and offline.
--> You will define themes, set up KPI's and create a clear and result driven planning.
--> You will be in the lead of the LessonUp content production.
--> You are active when it come to new ideas and proposals on content improvements.
> You have about 3-5 years of experience with executing a data driven Content Marketing strategy;
> You have a great eye for content and ideally you also have experience with creating content yourself;
> Experience with a CSM is a plus;
> Experience with Social Media Management (at least Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin);
> Experience in working with Google Analytics.
