For this, we've created our easy to use platform where teachers can make interactive, present-day classes to share with their students. Together, teachers and team LessonUp created thousands of lessons, video’s, images and assignments to work with. And the cool part: this can be used in-class or remote! An easy and fun way to teach - just like it should be.

The amount of users is growing - we’ve reached 300k users some time ago - and we always want to make the platform better and more scalable. Our tech team will double this year and we have  some very impactful project on our roadmap. Which is great, but only with the right guidance. You will be the one to coach and lead them when it comes to working together to continuously optimise the product and the organisational agility.

To help them achieve this, you will guide them on the best/most efficient use of efficiency practices in and out of their sprints. You will facilitate all scrum ceremonies, facilitate discussions, play a big role in decision making and help them with conflict resolutions.
