About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the education sector, and a passion for driving positive change in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify school prospects

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, districts, and educational institutions

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects

  • Execute and improve upon sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the UK market

  • Forecast sales revenue and track performance against targets


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Sales pipeline growth and conversion rates

  • Customer acquisition

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the EdTech or education sector; sales leadership role experience is a plus

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship-building

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic scaleup environment

  • Familiarity with education technology trends and best practices is a plus

  • A strong existing network with senior leadership teams in education is a plus

  • Living in the UK, preferably greater London or Midlands

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. education, business, marketing)
